Daniele De Rossi discussed various topics in his post-match interview with DAZN, praising Niccolo Pisilli’s performance vs Juventus.

After the game, De Rossi said he was satisfied with the 0-0 result.

“Yes, I am satisfied because we had to seek consistency with courage and humility. We knew we were playing against a strong team, the boys were almost perfect: defenders, midfielders and wingers. All did well tonight.”

“We could have done better with the ball, but we did our best in some moments. Not a great match, but a balanced one, you also need to be solid against great opponents.”

“Dovbyk? He worked so hard. With Bremer and Gatti marking him and it’s not easy. I’m satisfied, Dovbyk will score when the whole team learns to move the ball faster.”

“The international break? Almost everyone will be gone. We will have some younger players to work with. The youngsters are a reservoir for us.”

“Today Pisilli had an important performance, even more so considering the pressure of this game. Today the substitutes were exceptional and this gives me hope.”

“Saelemaekers? Alexis is important for us, he was an important signing. In him we have a flexible player with more defensive tasks.”

“Pisilli? I’m happy for him, there’s room for everyone: for those who work, don’t complain, for those who always have a smile. I treat these players better than others, they deserve the opportunity. Today he played an exceptional match against a team that was undefeated.”
