No sympathy for these money-hungry fraudsters who have brought so much suffering on their children. They should live in poverty for the rest of their lives but they have probably hidden vast amounts of their stolen wealth and will return to a life of luxury on release. They should had lowered her sentence what was the point of resentencing her if they didn't lower her time. I hope they appeal this and fight it to the end. I believe in punishment and they should be held accountable but 7 and 12 yrs. is a bit extreme. How can they pay all that restitution locked up for so long . I think today was very unfair for julie.

I feel that the judge failed the people who come before her, that has the power to do whatever they want.,of course I know that is what the prosecutors wanted, but this judge had already made up her mind way before the updated sentencing for Julie Chrisley. If she felt that her time was justified that’s fine, she could have gotten 30 yrs, this was not just about a little bank scam….how about 30 MILLION…for years before the hit show that made them famous. But the fact she obviously wanted to show SAVANNAH WHO was in charge…for going to media about court and prison acquisitions, that was a big warning to her and most sadly how the judge spoke of Julie’s children…to add wasted tax payers money to take her from KY to Atlanta…..for what….😔

Love how Savannah acts like by some miraculous act of God her poor innocent parents just fell into prison. They committed fraud to the tune of 35 MILLION DOLLARS! For YEARS AND YEARS! They are not victims nor is spoiled and privileged Savannah. It’s called culpability, responsibility and consequences for your actions. Something the Chrisley’s don’t seem to know a lot about.

The higher court remanded the decision and sent it back to the lower court to resentence. That wasn’t resentenced! I hope the higher court hammers that judge for going against the higher court for being biased!!!
