   – Over the past few decades, tens of thousands of Muslims have been killed in conflicts between the Somali government and the al-Shabaab terrorist group. Many children have died as a result of these conflicts.  

7. Lebanon  

   – Since the Lebanese Civil War (1975–1990), approximately 120,000 people have been killed, including tens of thousands of Muslims, and sectarian tensions between Shia and Sunni Muslims continue to claim lives today. Thousands of children were also victims during and after the war.
