Miami has hosted the most SuperBowls with 11 but New Orleans is second with 10. However, since Weezy launched his career there has been 3 and it's going to be 4 now. This is the first year that they've been mad that Weezy was not considered. If Atlanta who has only had 1 and didn't get a chance to have any of their legends including Andre 3K who did not get to perform. Only LA had local natives perform, technically half the other 3 were not from LA.
