Former NFL star Brett Favre reveals he’s battling Parkinson’s disease while speaking at a congressional hearing on Tuesday. He was called to testify before a House Committee about the misuse of welfare funds in Mississippi, a controversy he’s been embroiled in since 2020. Favre maintains he was unaware any money involved in projects close to him was used illegally.
