Daniels creates a better situation around him with his play. But Caleb came into a much better situation. Been hearing Bears fans say JDs Oline is superior after this game, but it's because JD forces D-Lines to "contain" which in return makes the OLINE look much better, but it's mainly due to his running threat. JD has a couple pieces, but he and Kliffs play calling is single handedly making the offense move. Just wait until they polish up this roster in the next year or so…

Dan Orvlosky and Herm Edwards tried to tell everyone that JD was a better QB prospect than Caleb. But the bears organization fell for the HYPE. Also Caleb has a horrible attitude as if he knows EVERYTHING. Dang bears fans 🥶

Being an LSU fan and after watching Daniels' Heisman season last year, I am not surprised. The guy is scarily accurate. And of all the young 'dual-threat' QBs, Daniels might be the best passer.

Firstly, I think that Caleb will be just fine. But don't try the argument that Washington gave Jayden more help… Caleb has three #1 receivers. That run game should face less defenders because they need the coverage in place for those receiving threats. I think that's a poor excuse. Jayden was seen as the second choice because he's been SEEN as more of a runner.

2 years in a row where the number 1 overall pick is nothing compared to the second. Only week 3, but we've seen almost nothing impressive from Caleb. Jayden has been decent.

Jayden Daniels has had the benefit of not being sacked to death behind his O-Line, Daniels would be a nervous wreck behind the Bears O-Line Williams is playing behind, Caleb is demonstrating how resilience and mentally tough he is and isn't crumbling like most rookies under such constant pressure.

ASU fan here good to see Jayden starting out hot. I know most think of him as LSU QB But I knew he was going to do well as a Freshman starter for ASU. Had it not been for Covid shortening the season and Coach Herm Edwards investigations I think he would have stayed. But good to see him doing well

Caleb Williams has the better passing weapons, but he doesn't wanna scramble when necessary.
Jayden has the better running game and isn't scared to scramble, which opens up the passing game.
Caleb has to get better using both run and pass instead of tryna force passes when out of the pocket

Kliff Kingsbury and Caleb Williams were together at USC, you would think the Bears would have hired Kingsbury as the Bears OC to run Lincoln Riley's offense that Williams ran in college, but just a like stupid organization, the idiot Bears took a pass on a common sense decision.
