Jeremy Clarkson could be set to launch a new bar dedicated to his beer brand, Hawkstone – and, as it follows hot on the heels of the opening of Cotswolds pub The Farmer’s Dog,fans are intrigued.

The Clarkson’s Farm fave shared the news in a short and cryptic video clip, which saw Jeremy advising his partner Lisa Hogan: “Only if I’ll be able to enjoy a cold, refreshing pint of Hawkstone.” It’s not clear exactly what request Lisa made of him, but she replied without hesitation to promise that she had a “big surprise” in store for him.

“We’re gonna have a Hawkstone bar – it’s gonna be massive!” she assured him. The teasing video clip was posted on the Diddly Squat Farm Shop’s Instagram account, with the caption: “A pint of Hawkstone always clinches the deal.”

It racked up almost 3,000 likes in just half an hour, as fans enthused about him “getting high on his own supply”. “Had a pint at the farm shop and bought some locally in Wales. can confirm it’s a cracking lager. Well done,” raved one fan.

Meanwhile, fans are keen for him to diversify beyond pubs and bars, with one jokingly suggesting that he launches a “farm soap opera”. The suggestion comes after Express.co.uk exclusively shared the possibility of Jeremy beginning a musical festival on his land to rival that of his famous Cotswolds neighbour Alex James of Blur.

Meanwhile, it looks as if the new business venture has been hungry work for Lisa, who was insatiable when it came to trying one of her beau’s burgers.

“Normally I just love one burger but this is my third!” she blushed, before going on to offer to polish off a fourth.

Jeremy’s famous burgers come with mature cheddar cheese, pickles and Hawkstone caramelised onions, adding a taste of his beloved beer to the mix.

Earlier this week, Jeremy proudly revealed that Hawkstone has been released to the public.
