Hi there, I'm struggling with my study routine and need some advice. Every time I try to study, I end up daydreaming and can't focus. I'm not sure if I should be reading chapters, focusing on notes, or just doing questions. How many hours should I spend studying each day?I go to bed at 11 PM and wake up at 4 AM, but I also take a 3-hour nap during the day. I feel like my sleep schedule is off, and it’s affecting my focus. I'm in cyber security, and AI is already causing problems because once again congress allowed businesses to turn AI loose before it was fully vetted and regulated.
So be very scared of AI. Especially because the ultra-liberal Oprah is endorsing it.
