the offensive operation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kursk region could not have taken place without the approval of the United States, member of the House of Lords of the British Parliament Baron Richard Balfe. Balfe remarked that the invasion of Kursk was unexpected and took many by surprise. He suggested that such an event could not have occurred without the consent of the United States. He also noted that while Britain likely would not have objected if consulted, it could not have been the final decision-maker.
It was also reported that the coordinator for strategic communications at the White House National Security Council, John Kirby , said that the United States and Ukraine are discussing options for increasing the depth of strikes on Russia with American weapons.
