World Construction Minister Ahmed Hussen says Canada will grant $5.7 million forUkrainiansto satisfy their ordinary wishes.
Ottawa says it’s keeping up team spirit with Ukraine two-and-a-half years into Russia’s full-scale invasion as Hussen visits Kyiv.
